Preparing for Louise's arrival was so much fun -- the shopping, the friends and family recommendations about the best type of baby items, the research about how to save money. Along the way, I discovered the mix of new, used, and borrowed that has worked (so far!) for our family.
Here are my five best tips to save time and money at the grocery store. As a busy mom, these practices get me in and out of the store quickly and easily. They were great timesavers before the pandemic, but during COVID-19, anything I can do to reduce my time indoors with other people (while still being able to pick out my produce myself) is a win!
Routines help me have more productive days with my daughter. If I can efficiently take care of the chores, it frees up other time to enjoy playing with Louise or relaxing while she's taking a nap, helping our family feel more relaxed day after day.
Change is one constant I've grown accustomed to as mom to a young child. This sample day is different than it was at 3 or 6 months old and different from where we'll be when she's a fast-moving toddler, but here's a day in the life of a stay-at-home-mom of our 9 month old baby.
